​All prices listed on the Thirteen 05 website are in Australian Dollars. All prices listed on the Thirteen 05 website are current and reflect the current Art market. However these prices are subject to change at any time of each year and to continue to reflect the Art market.

GIFT VOUCHERS

Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher. Gift Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or altered in any way and will not be accepted by Thirteen 05. Gift voucher us valid for artwork by Emma McAdam-Marmont and Struan Hopwood, all other artists works are excluded. Delivery charges not included. Terms are void where prohibited by Australian law.

$200 Gift voucher in conjunction with KFC Terms and conditions as follows: Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. No credit or change will be given on the unused portion of the voucher. A2 Unframed Limited Edition Fine Art print vouchers available on unframed A2 prints by Emma McAdam-Marmont and Struan Hopwood. Vouchers may not be redeemed for cash. AUSTRALIA WIDE SHIPPING

FREE Australia wide deliveries on all painting purchases. This excludes courier costs for prints and sculpture. These items are to be quoted based on the below.

Local deliveries of larger artworks are arranged using an independent contractor. Delivery fees are quoted at time of purchase or upon request.

​

Shipping within Australia is calculated using the size, weight and fragility of the item/s to be shipped. This is to help ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use City Fast, Australia Post (registered), Pack & Send or TNT Express. A signature is required at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier. Please note that orders placed after 11am Australian Eastern Standard Time will be processed on the following business day.

If you have not received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch from Thirteen 05, please advise us in writing so that we can investigate its whereabouts and resolve the issue. 
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We use Pack & Send to ship internationally. Please contact us via email at info@thirteen.com.au to discuss shipping options.

Larger items, particularly fragile or bulky items may incur significant freight costs.

Export Restrictions/Customs - All Taxes and Duties including Customs and Import Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. These are a Government requirement of import. By actioning payment of a painting, you accept any international export charges as a result of your purchase.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you are dissatisfied with your cushion purchase please advise us in writing within 5 business days of receipt of the item you have purchased, including the receipt number & name of the artwork and the reasons why you are dissatisfied with the item.

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing and packaging process. In the unlikely circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging PRIOR to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside. From the moment a painting is made, it begins to age. As the painting continues to age, both the paint film and priming lose flexibility and become brittle. Expansion and contraction of the fabric support, due to absorption and release of moisture from the air, adds further strain which can lead to crack formation.

Thirteen 05 does not accept any returns based on artwork ageing.

For originals or small originals that are damaged during transit, we will replace it with a commission.

In the situation where the item you receive via courier after sale is faulty or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a refund or exchange. In the case of refunds, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Thirteen 05 does not provide warranties on any of its products or on any information provided on the Thirteen 05 website, facebook or instagram sites. As many items available through Thirteen 05 are handmade and hand painted, they will have minor textures and unique qualities, which are delightful consequence of their handmade nature. If you have any queries in relation to a specific piece listed for sale online or in the gallery which may have areas of uncertainty for you, please contact us for further information at info@thirteen05.com.au.

Commissions are welcomed and to be arranged with the gallery and artist directly. Upon an agreed artwork brief by the artist, gallerist and collector, either 100% of the balance to be paid at the time artwork is commissioned OR 50% of the balance is required up front, with the balance due prior to collection. Thirteen 05 can hold artworks for a maximum of 3 months after purchase unless alternate timing is arranged prior.

Damages after artwork has been delivered. Thirteen 05 are not liable for any damages to artwork once the artwork is in the patron's possession. Under no circumstances is the artist or Thirteen 05 liable to fix any damages caused while in the buyers possession.

Neither Thirteen 05, nor its employees, agents, artists or contractors are liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way relating to the use of this website or any other website linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.

Thirteen 05 reserves the right to update the terms and conditions set out herein without notice.

Thirteen 05 reserves the right to update its privacy and information security policy as necessary in response to any changes in business practices or any other as yet unforeseen circumstances. Any changes made will be posted on this tab within our website.

 

LAYBY*

Unlesss discussed: standard terms include a non-refundable deposit of 40% is to be paid at the time of purchase to ensure you don'tmiss out. Following the initial deposit, remaining balance to be split across a maximum of 5 months. 

* NO REFUND ON LAYBY.

* MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT FOR ANY LAYBY IS $1,000

* All Artwork remains the property of the Gallery until full payment is finalised.

* Late fees incur a 3% fee per month of the balance owed calculated by days accumulated.

ARTWORK ON CONSIGNMENT

Thirteen 05 will handle each work with special care to prevent damage, deterioration or both that is not a characteristic of the Work; and

Thirteen 05 will ensure the safe protection of the Work at all times including but not limited to protection from hazards of fire, flood, theft, dirt, food, drinks, smoking or handling by unauthorised or inexperienced personnel, including but not limited to members of the public.
